Crna Gora je pokazala da može biti most saradnje za sve zemlje na Balkanu i faktor stabilnosti. Namjeravam da nastavim tu politiku, zbog koje Crnu Goru sve zemlje sa kojima se graniči doživljavaju kao ponajboljeg susjeda.
